Referral Associates of New England, Inc. (RANE) and Real Estate Referral, Inc (RER) are programs designed for real estate licensed salespeople or brokers who do not wish to pursue a full-time career in real estate, but who, through their sphere of influence, could potentially generate referral leads. Referral Associates of New England, Inc. is registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the states of New Hampshire and Maine and Real Estate Referral, Inc. is registered with the state of Rhode Island as referral companies. These programs are administered through the Relocation Services Division of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England Headquarters. Membership to RANE is open to anyone with a current Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Maine real estate license and is not restricted to residency in the state. Membership to RER is open to anyone with a current Rhode Island real estate license and is not restricted to residency in the state.

Referral Associates DO:

• Receive referrals fees
• Receive license renewal classes at no cost*
• Place their referrals from anywhere to anywhere with any real estate company in North America.
• Pay only the annual membership fee of $25.00 (waived with just one placed and one closed referral a year)

*Classes are offered through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Education and Development at no additional cost. Any other classes including online continuing education is the responsibility of the referral associate.

Referral Associates DO NOT:

• List or sell real estate
• Pay dues or belong to a real estate board
• Pay dues or join the MLS
• Pay E & O insurance
